Is recycling old cars, instead of selling them abroad, better for the planet?

On the 27 December, Neil Briscoe of the Irish Times published an article looking at the recycling and reuse of cars in Ireland. The article looks at our high reuse and recycling rates and what more can be done to improve the circularity of vehicles.

ELVES contributed to the article, highlighting our recycling and reuse achievements to date, recycling initiatives being spearheaded by vehicle manufacturers and the circular opportunities presented by the increasing number of EVs on our roads.
