ELVES SUPPORTS NEW NATIONAL SOCIETY FOR PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS (NSPCA) AFTER RECENT MERGER

ELVES, the End-of-Life Vehicle (ELV) compliance scheme in Ireland, has announced its support for the newly formed NSPCA with a charitable donation. This latest contribution reaffirms ELVES’ ongoing commitment to supporting the cause of animal welfare in Ireland. 

The NSPCA was established in 2025 following the merger of the DSPCA and ISPCA, creating One National Voice for Animals. The organisation works to protect and care for vulnerable animals across Ireland, responding to cases of neglect, abuse and abandonment while promoting responsible pet ownership.

Since 2023, ELVES has supported the ISPCA as its official charity partner. This latest donation marks both the continuation of that relationship and four years of ongoing support for animal welfare through its partnership with the NSPCA.

Speaking about the continued support, Lee-Jane Eastwood from ELVES said:

The funds provided by ELVES will be used to purchase new beds for NSPCA kennels and essential veterinary equipment for the organisation’s surgical theatre. This targeted investment will enhance animal welfare across both day-to-day care and critical veterinary treatment.
